I agree with everything Del said. To have a successful guild, the guild master and officers need to view their role as both a leadership role, and a SERVANT role. If a member asks for help, they should be the first to respond. Remember that no one HAS to be in your guild - and there are a lot of really great guilds out there. Every member is important. So think long and hard about this decision. Anyone can be a GM. But it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to be a GREAT GM and to build an awesome guild in which the members come and stay.
