Allow me to explain that. Last winter, a group of renegade trees boarded a small water-craft and led it on a 5-day-long raid of Padres Del Fuego, stealing any and all wood resources (thank goodness they didn't take the rum.) They have been infuriated that groups of townsfolk, and pirates, such as ourselves, were going in to the wilderbess and defeating their third cousins in the Pedesnumus (Pedes "walking" numus "trees") genus, as use for firewood. As such, this raid had been an instant declaration of war upon ourselves. Ever since, our rum supplies have been very low - oh, so terribly low (not to mention the budget. We need new boots, darn it!) It has been dark days for these forums. And while we fight against the treacherous armies of the Royal Navy, the East India Trading Company, and Jolly Roger, we must not forget our most infamous, dangerous foe... The Trees, man...
Sorry, had a really eerie flashback right there. Ahoy, mate! Captain Del be my name, swindling, sailing, pilaging, and plundering be me game (literally. We are playing a pirates game, after all.) If you ever have any questions, please feel free to ask myself, or these other fine pirates.
