Well, I plan to do this with the new veteran rank.
First of all, I'm demoting any inactive officers to the veteran rank. I am also going to make it much more difficult to become an officer.
Next, I plan to promote a few members who have been in the guild a while, but that I dont feel I want as high as the officer rank.
Then in the long run, I'm going to make players veterans if they have been in the guild for 2 weeks, unless I feel that they deserve it earlier or later.
