I think what they meant is, AFK people do not receive credit. Those that are actually earning their stats, they receive the credit. That's how it should of always been in my opinion.. don't get why someone not even playing should get better stats for doing absolutely nothing.
As for the chat, you did kind of ask a lot without letting her respond first..
