In an update to the never ending saga that is the life of my laptop (hmm, a soap opera in the offing?) here's the latest word.
I should get my box for sending Iris off tomorrow. As soon as HP gets the tracking number the new lappy will be on the way. Thankfully, I don't have to wait for it to get anywhere. Iris's life is on it's final days now. She's off to be recycled. Strangely, that's kinda sad to me, she was my first link to all of you. Anywho, the new puter should be on it's way Friday at the latest. Sadly, this means no poker night yet again.
It's 2 day shipping so the new lappy should get to me Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. Can ya guess what I load on first? So that's the final update in the Life And Times Of Iris.

Edit to the edit :P : Actually the stupid box did come in last night. As of tonight I will be out of game till the new computer arrives.
