I have not figured out how to click that fast either. I did manage to catch Mossy Moses once. Just once. Every time after that was a FAIL! Fire Dragon has escaped me more than once too. My arm hurt after catching Mossy the first time! Maybe I need a special rapid fire mouse. (I have no idea if that would work)
