I like a few options up there, but some others I don't really care about.
Here's my order: Ghost enemies, more enemies, weapons, quests, Ghost NPC's, more caves, more mini-games.
The first two offer some challenging enemies, greater than those on Tormenta. More weapons would make looting refreshing again. More quests would provide something to do. Ghost NPC's serve no purpose except furthering a quest. More caves would be nice, but I don't expect a great design. As for mini-games, I don't want anymore, although expanding the ones we have would be fine.
As for other, the only thing I can think of is giving us a place to store our items. It would be nice if, once we gained entrance to the cave (or finished the quest), we gained access to a storage area in the cave. I doubt it would happen, but with new daggers (and possibly staffs, among other things) coming, they need to give us more room.
