Indeed, there is an Undead French Lieutenant that goes by the name of Le Lapon Rouge. He is known to frequent Isla Cangrejos, should you be in search of a challenge fit for an able Pirate. Many pirates have also noticed the flags appearing in Forts across the Caribbean. There is no telling what the Navy might be up to inside these mysterious structures.
