You are NOT a hacker for looking in the phase files. Disney gives them to you! If Disney didn't want you to see them, they wouldn't make them open to the public. Hundreds of people would be banned for hacking the phase files already if Disney didn't want you to see them.
About the update, I would rather that all bugs were fixed first before they release it. I don't want to crash the game or get stuck in a weird postion. Be patient for this update because it is a major update.
