This is something new I thought I'd try so that you can express your views on the report, give suggestions, and help out with the report. This meeting will be taped, so if you don't want you're pirate on a camera please do not come. ^^

Rules of our meetings:
1.Be considerate of the person speaking.At our last meeting, everyone was trying to talk at once and it was very hard to see what was on our subject and what was not. I don't mind you all whispering among each other but do not use any public chat talk for off-topic stuff during the meeting.
2. Remain where you are asked to.Not trying to promote senority, but we have a spot for the head of staff or "board" to stand, and an area for members and guests. If you are a guest or member, stay in that assigned area, and the same goes for the board.
3. Board members should be there 10 minutes early.I'll tell you where the meeting place is when you arrive and send you there that way you're where you should be on that day.
