Ah ha! You have fogotten one thing though davy fireskull, since El Patron gives you the sword you basically take his place, and are killed. Therefore you aren't alive to have the sword in the first place. It is still the lost sword of davy fireskull, but now everyone knows that name for exactly what el patron was. Since you disappear, I get the sword before anyone else can and go underwater with a straw that nobody will find.
