That wasnt a bug... I think they did that cuz they were still trying to figure out what weapons and/or clothing to release, and which to save for another time. The Shadow Cutlass for example, that was on test, but they reset it to take it out and add other ones in. Perhaps there were bugs too, so they wanted to reset, but I think they just wanted to try out new loot items...
