Gotta go with the cutlass. Simple, but effective, and fun to use. As far as
Sword variations go though, Broadsword is me favorite.
In order:
Cutlass(Like I said, simple but effective)
Pistol(Can't say it's exciting to level, but it's handy and powerful)
Staff(Wither and Flaming Skull are most useful imo. Other attacks are fun to use though)
Doll(Mainly for healing, but Life Drain can be useful when fighting.)
Dagger(This is growing on me, thanks to the new throwing knives/daggers on Test. Still never found Dagger to be very useful. Attunement Break is nice though.)
Grenade(Grenade can actually be very good, but I don't like leveling it, so at the bottom it goes)
