I apologize to the mods if this is a little off....
A Hall of Famer is a moderator or administrator who has chosen to become "less-than-active" in their duties on the site. They are still apart of the site from time to time, just their main focus is no longer modding on the site. I'm guessing Ben was never set as a Hall of Fame member because he never offically stated that he would have chosen to step down.
