With Heal Line, your #3 button will now add some health back to your line.
The amount of health varies for me, but I think that has to do with the timing of it.
Try pushing 3 when the fish is no longer pulling your line out, basically has turned to face left again.

Legendary Lures can be purchased from the Fishmaster, after you have mastered your fishing.
I know more qualified answers will come
I haven't mastered fishing with ANY of my Pirates yet
