Thank ye for the answers! I'm quite high on my fishing on Monica (not gonna lie, I expected it to be much more difficult to level...but none the less it's quite fun!) so I will wait patiently and avoid as many tuna as possible until I get my legendary lures.
As for the Heal...I thought that was probably the deal but I wasn't sure...I'd not paid much attention to it when I first started so I was worried I was missing something important.
Again, thanks for the quick replies! Also Luckie - the graphic in your sig cracks me up! Never quite pictured Jolly with pretty green wings before...love it!
