Keep in mind that they still need a bunch of islands to make the Kraken quest work, if he ever comes out. Singapore, Ship Wreck Cove, the native island, frozen water areas.... and don't forget, we'll need some of those sweet Asian ships they had in the third movie. Yeah, that's a ton of new stuff. I would say that the second story chapter would be much harder to create than the first. And yeah, the kraken probably will come...eventually. But it's really strange that it has taken so long. It seems like at the launch of the game, back in 07 they had the kraken and Davy jones already created, it shows video of both of them in the first trailer. Also in 06, people got a sneak peek at the unfinished game and were able to test the kraken boss battle. That was four years ago and it's still not here! What's up with that? The only thing I can think of is lots of problems or something.
