It always seems that D isn't very helpful at resolving issues.
It must have been frustrating, to continue to have problems that D can't/won't help with, and their response was the last straw.
But I must say..... I like their cheesy piratey reply.
It is part of the whole experience immersion package.
I think it is very amusing.
