Thanks for the responses. We are using our phone's intercom feature to chat and that works for understanding the quest. The bigger problem is his ability to follow the arrow. He is a bit directionally challenged, he gets that from his mother.
I get frustrated when we start running in circles and wish there was a way to see his quests and track them on my screen.
I think I will just need to get him caught up with me on the storyline quest and only work on other quests that he and I accept at the same time. Maybe in a future release they will give some better abilities for the crews.
