I have a theory about jacking that u ppl should be warned about.
I think that if u are try to hijack a lvl 17 phantom with only say 16 sailing, it wont work because u gotta be the same lvl or higher to jack a ship of a certain lvl.
so if u have been try but not succeeding that may be ur probelmo.
