flagships u could use the cannons, ive done it before while some crew was trying to takeover, you have to get on it without disabling/shooting at the ship at all. to kill any enemy captain the only trick is to use grenades. but in a couple minutes another one will only respawn. wen u kill captains on bigger ships they end up glitching and respawn within the ships hull. but grenades still can get to them, it' jus aiming and timing since the ship move a lot...
