If you look at the picture "promo" for The Ball Event on the Pirates Online site, the pirates in the picture are all in "new clothing" types, maybe the new clothing items will come this weekend. I did hear it was perhaps for an event, and that it's for a limited time only. So yeah. Halloween Smiley's are cool looking aren't they?
