I don't begin to understand what in the world you just said in terms of specs. I will tell you this. Disney will say the problem exists in your computer and they have no power to fix it. Jaded but been told that twice myself.
Also, 85% seems to be some sort of critical barrier. Every time I stall out on a load screen it's 85%. Not sure why. It's the original load to the pick a pirate, the first landing in game, and a few tps, depending on if I'm going somewhere with an awful lot of lag. It just seems that 85% is some sort of marker for the game, where if you pass it you're in, and if you don't you could still get the boot. :P
