I personally am neutral either way. If more people decide to participate, it would be a success. I personally like The Conclave idea, and think it could prosper, but people don't choose to be active in it. It is sad, but it is what is happening.
If The Conclave shuts down, then so be it. As one of my favorite bands once said, I'll leave when The Wind Blows.
