These are GM figures. Yes, just that:
figures. They're actors behind a screen. You don't expect them to have epic skills or something because they don't use them. POTCO sets them that way to make them look intimidating, then go on their merry way. To be honest, they have a sword and a few other weapons Disney gave them so they can act properly. Think of them as the Disney World characters, aye?
