By that part of the speech, I was refering to guilds that we've had to deal with in the past that were less-than-truthful in how they acted towards us.
The highest amount of members PIC ever had was 136, and the higest amount PNC ever had is our current number, 139.
People have definately tried to destroy us in the past. But I will NEVER, EVER resort to destroying a fellow pirate's guild to exact revenge. I think that's perhaps the most cruel thing you could ever do to somebody, no matter how justified you may think it is. I find it sickening.
