Ok, now i am going to record like JT, but here are some places where I got them,
Southern Grave - 1 Sword of Decay (rare) - 1 hour - Lvl 38
Thralls + Urchanfists - 1 Grave Reaper (rare) - 20 minutes - Lvl 39
Spineskulls + Flotsams - 1 Bloodfire Sword (rare) - 1 hour - Lvl 40
In the past 2 weeks in POTCO, I have gotten about 40 maybe 50 skulls, none of them containing famed or legendary. Most of my skulls come from Darkhart, but the ones at Darkhart only contained commons, and a few times absolute junk (crude weapons).
