January- 1 barrel.
February- 2 barrels.
March- 3 barrels.
April- 3 barrels.
May- 4 barrels.
June- 5 barrels.
July- 5 barrels.
After July, all rum taxes shall be 5 barrels.
All rum taxes must be paid by the end of each month. If not paid, there will be serious consequences.
