Ya I've moved pirates around about 3 or 4x since I've played POTCO for the last 2.5 years. Long time ago, you could do it via Live Chat, then they made u call in, then they allowed u to do it via Live Chat again. When I transferred a pirate earlier this summer, before you go into Live Chat with them, it gives you a list of reasons why you're doing the whole Live Chat thing with them, and one of the options is "Transfer Pirate" so you hit that option, and then whoever that talks to you will ask you for the first & last names & bdays on both accts, the last 4 numbers of the credit cards used, when the last billing date was/or when the acct expires (i can't remember which) & then the reason why u wanna transfer, and that's it.
