Sometimes getting famed or legendary can seem soooo hard. However, the loot drop itself seems just so easy... yet again FINDING that lucky loot drop is hard. My lucky loot law seems to apply to your situation. Make what you REALLY want a famed weapon. Then, with some patience, you will find your Silver Freeze loot drop
This worked for me when I got my Silver Freeze the other day.
