If you are using a browser, try the launcher. If you are using the launcher, try the browser.
If this does not work, then in the launcher, there is a button that says "Graphic Options." Try the two other choices.
Something is not loading correctly, and the game is not specifying what that is. Also, when the game crashes, does a "Report Bug" window pop up? if so, then try looking around in the Log Files. It should tell you what went wrong.
