I wish you the best of luck with your guild.
However, posting a guild code isn't the best idea. Even though it allows potentially decent members to join, it also opens the door to people who you probably wouldn't want in your guild - people who could potentially cause unnecessary havoc. If people want to join, they should have to go through some kind of administration (ie. Veteran, Officer, GM) before being admitted.
That's just my opinion.
