You should be able to do that only with NPC's with players it would get to complected. Both m Stand idea and your idea is pretty foll proof, i think it would be a great idea to add both. What i dont understand about your idea is why they shop keeper would sell it for you. He gets nothing out of it.
I was thinking that you should be able to sell your weapons to the shop keeper. When you talk to him, there would be a new panel that opens called "illegal goods." There would be a window that shows what players have brought in, and you could buy them, but you would have to pay triple what it was bought for. it would be easier to just buy off a stand.
