Drama in guilds are the number 1 cause of guilds crashing. Remember through thick and thin you have your family and just make sure you're always there for them. All people want is a guild with a family atmosphere. Have a nice set of rules and guild meetings to make sure ppl know them and so so they can be more active because of the meetings.
