Aye, you have to make sure that you are strong enough to be able to eject a bad member. Just yesterday I had invited these two people into my guild. They seemed nice enough... until one of them started saying, err, inappropriate things. I gave him one or two warnings, but he didn't listen, so I ejected him. Goodness, you should have seen all the thank you's I got from the guild xD His friend ended up leaving with him, saying something like "cya noobs". Nobody ended up leaving other than them. The moral is that you NEED to be able to eject a member. Trust me, I don't like to do it, but I know it is necessary. Don't just let them cause drama, because you will end up having the better, more loyal members leave and have just a bunch of drama causers stay.
