As I mentioned in a previous thread, both my wife and I didn't get the PDF teleport at level 23.

My wife submitted a bug report, with a screenshot of her journal open to show the lack of the quest, while standing in front of Romany Bev, to demonstrate that she didn't get it.

I was gobsmacked that her issue got taken care of THAT SAME DAY. Support had to manually insert the quest into her journal, but she got it.

Me? As soon as I heard this, I submitted a report. That was two days ago. All I've gotten so far is the automatic acknowledgement.

Last night, I tried the live chat, but the guy said he couldn't do anything. So I'm still waiting.

My advice? If you're missing a quest, SEND IN A BUG REPORT. Even though I'm still waiting, they won't know there's a problem if nobody speaks up. If lots of people speak up, they may do something automatic and fix all of us at once, but I'm not holding my breath.
