My brother actually went on this morning and was in the same clothes and everything as yesterday, after he changed. I think that POTCO did a reset to try and fix this bug... looks like it didn't work, as he was still level 0.
As for the servers, thats not a bug. They purposely took away servers, for whatever reason they had.
