Yeah, I noticed that yesterday morning and spent literally ALL day yesterday back and forth in live chats (worthless) and submitting bug reports trying to get them to take action on that and the grenade quest bug. I'm really disgusted with the way Disney is handling this game at the moment, and it's curbing my enthusiasm about it and my willingness to stay subscribed.

The customer service is a joke. Below there are screenshots of automated responses from potco for some of my bug reports from yesterday and a Live Chat transcript I had with a completely oblivious CSR. If you read it you'll notice he's adamant about suggesting it's MY outdated gfx driver that's causing my crashes (lol?) and completely ignores the fact that it's happening to everyone. Their response to everything is to submit a bug report. . .why even have a live chat in tact? I get the feeling it's to coax people into not making, what they would consider, irrational decisions and canceling their subscription.

How long has the grenade quest bug been active? I've got guild members that are stuck at level 20 and won't level (rightfully so) because the only good place to level nades is on kingshead and the more notoriety you gain the less rep you can earn off the navy pack. Do they not consider that a serious issue? Who are they paying to oversee these customer service reps (the CSR's will not allow you to talk to their superior's claiming "they don't get on live chat"). Why cant they seem to fix major issues in a timely manner? They sure did fix the female clothing issue rather hastily.
