Welcome to the forums Joseph! Sorry, didn't notice this thread until now! If you're looking to join PNC, I would go to their subforum and you can find their recruitment thread and make a post there, or PM one of their officers here for a code.
Just a few guidelines...
1. Listen to just me. I'm mostly sane, and can help you out around here.
2. Give me all your rum. I can keep it mostly safe from the other rum thieves. You see, there is a rum shortage in these parts and some sick people resort to taking it from our new members! How horrible is that?! I'll help you keep it safe mate.
3. See that green meat? Stay away from it. NO! Don't ask questions. Just stay at least ten feet away from it and you won't need to be hospitalized.
