I am not saying players shouldn't be completely passive in their emotions about this but i have heard and seen some cursing and trashing Disney with words. Also, those who paid are also still getting an extra 14 days so they did not lose any paying time in addition that they pay because they want to and not because they are forced.

Aww, i thought when they said (unlimited and basic) it meant both can use it. In this case then it's pointless. Talk to them in live chat or something and give them suggestions.
