To answer your first question. To catch those that are deeper you need to up grade your rod when you level up like a new rod at level 5,10,and 15 I believe. If you have basic access you cannot get to those on the very bottom. For your second question. I think your trying to say if we will use the fish we find for quest, if thats the case, I'm not sure.
