This has happened to me before, don't worry.
This usually occurs when the server is suddenly "bumped," i.e. some people get bounced off the server, while others don't. In my experience, I was doing an invasion when I was hit with a major lag attack, and then a swift, sudden crash. While I made my way back to logging in, my friends (whom I was in a chatroom with) told me that despite me being offline, my pirate was still sitting on the beach, online. Fortunately, it fixed itself as I logged in.
I really would suggest that you contact Disney, to see if they can deactivate, then reactivate your account (essentially, shut it down, and bring it back with no damage done.)
Depending on your situation, you might also be able to crash yourself. For example, if your pirate was just sitting around on a beach, lifeless, you could get a few friends to go over and get her killed via the staff aura glitch (But that is the ONLY time you should ever do it!), and then do the same while she's in jail, crashing her. That'll either set her back, or seriously wack up Alice. But hey, that's life
