This event is based around the missing reputation points in the carribean. You need to help Doctor Emerald find it. I, Doctor Emerald, will be helping players find these rep points all this weekend. I will be trying to gain many levels and find many points! The members who show me the most Notoriety levels gained over the weekend win! Same with weapon levels!
