Captain Grant Sparrow is regrettably also in Davey Jone's Locker along with his son (THE SANDY PLACE IN THE TRAILER PEOPLE COME ON...) and NOT on Davey Jone's crew. I have cleared up this big question with my Mystery Solved post above and now Nick or some other admin can close this topic.
