What I did for me is go to Kingshead, (when I earned long volley), and went behind the fence. I would use long volley to attack all those level 18 veterans in a group. Usually about 3 or 4 of them come when they get hit, and then they come towards you. Just keep throwing grenades at them since they can't go across the fence. Of course, sometimes, but not likely, they get through. Keep doing this and you can get some high rep!
