No you meant Phase files. TSC also made a typo lol. He wanted to point out that you said "phrase" instead of "phase".

There's nothing new that's interesting in the files. Really, NOTHING. I found out about Infamy btw, before someone posted my find (from the wiki) to this site. But there is something that's been around for a while...

Spoiler for Possible new ship:

There's a ship model which I can't open due to some complications with my Panda 3d utility thing. It's listed as 'ship_gal_carrack', i.e, it's a Carrack - a separate class of a ship. And I can tell you what a Carrack looks like for this game... the only other ship model which has not been found in the Phase Files - El Patron's Ship. Yes I believe that that is the Carrack.
