The story was released after infamy, so it seems unlikely that ithad to do with infamy. Also, it sounded like Jolly Roger just got 2 undead captains for each side, so it is somewhat irrelevant to infamy

It does, however, sound very exciting. Possiblely new weapon(s), 2 new powerful bosses, and if they spent some time (hopefully), new quests (although unlikely).
