Well, I contacted live chat support, they had me submit a bug report.
After having heard nothng from them for 3 days, I attempted a phone call.
I was directed to repeate the live chat process.
The live chat process person said, its being worked on.
1 day later, it was resolved.
They must be behind on doing such fixes.. but i've got my teleports now.. cool
