From the sounds of that description, it sounds like we're going to have more to
shop for, not get new weapons
entirely. May be something like "40K for a voodoo doll that looks like you, and re-charges faster, but you won't get a new attack skill on it". The swords could be "new" to the likings of getting to buy swords with pretty little tassles hanging off the grip, or different metals that have different strengths and/or weaknesses....LOL, wouldn't that be funny if in the middle of a battle, the tip flew off your sword and you had to take it to the blacksmith for repairs, like you have to repair your ship....oh wait...that would suck
