I think that they should have a little bit more. (After all, I still get lost in Kingshead sometimes :O)
I think that the Navy and EITC should be out and about more. I mean, all they do is go on a few ships, and stay in forts or caves. I think the Navy should be more active, and a couple more islands. (One TP island, and 2-3 wild islands.)
